Congrats Wellington, the average net worth of you and each Wellington resident just increased by about $17,493 when Bill Gates moved to town! According to several news sources (Huffington, Forbes), Bill and Melinda Gates recently purchased a 8.7 million dollar estate in Wellington.
The estate is reported to be a 7,234 square foot, open-style floor plan complete with a 20 stall barn and horse jumping area. The Gate’s home is located in Mallet Hill, a small gated community which is adjacent to the Boys and Girls club on South Shore Blvd.
