Here at WalkAboutWellington, we’ve become bug fans of the Food Truck Invasion. What is Food Truck Invasion? Well, think of it like this. Imagine that the South Florida Fair just rolled into town except that only the food vendors showed up and there was no admission charge. That’s basically it except that the food is a lot better.
Food Truck Invasion is a weekly event that happens at the Wellington Amphitheater parking lot on Thursdays from 5pm to 9:30pm. You can find everything from deep fried soul food to Froyo, fish tacos, delicious cupcakes and much more. The organizer of this event brings different food trucks out each week so stay-turned for the weekly line-up. A few new photos that we’d like to share:
